With Doosan DND as its former body, the Display
Business Division of Doosan Mecatec launched its
business in vapor deposition and sealing equipment,
the core elements of the OLED manufacturing process,
in 2003.
On the strength of its continued R&D activities,
Doosan Mecatec has become
the leader of the display manufacturing equipment
industry in Korea, and is now advancing into the
global market.
We are supplying 4th-generation AMOLED large area
equipment, the first of its kind in
the world, as well as 2nd-generation AMOLED mass
production equipment to
a number of leading manufacturers of display devices,
and have successfully developed PDP MgO deposition
equipment.
The Display Business Division of Doosan Mecatec
will evolve into a global leader as
a supplier of specialized FPD equipment by developing
the core elements of display
manufacturing equipment and source technologies
and by pursuing
business diversification.
